Resistance Training

You will find all our resistance training and plate loaded machines are split into separate air conditioned rooms providing you with top of the range equipment from Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Hoist, Sterling and Star Strength. We’ll provide the inspiration with our gym wide sound system or by individual music systems. You provide the perspiration!


Zone 1 Back and Legs

Featuring 10 Resistance and Plate Loaded Leg Stations containing Leg Curls, Leg Extensions, Calf Machines and 15 Resistance and Plate Loaded Back Stations including numerous Pull downs, Close Grip pull downs, High and Low Rows, Seated rows, T bar rows.
Also utilise our 4 Squat Racks, 3 Plate Loaded Leg Presses and 3 Plate Loaded Hack Squat machines.


Zone 2 Chest and Shoulders

Featuring 2 Smith Machines along with 12 Individual Shoulder Stations including numerous Shoulder Press, Lateral Raises, Rear delts and Plate loaded Press machines. Also 12 individual Chest Stations including numerous Seated, Incline, Decline plate loaded presses, pec-decs and flyes.


Each area has been specifically designed to give you everything you need to meet your goals whether you are inexperienced, intermediary or an advanced athlete.
